About the Role
Lasswade Gymnastics Club is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious women’s artistic Level 2 coach to join our team and help grow our women’s artistic section.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging coaching sessions for gymnasts to the level of qualification
Develop progressive session plans for the short- and long-term development of the gymnasts
Attend competitions and events as required

Requirements
Minimum of Level 2 coaching qualification in women’s artistic
Current Safeguarding and Protecting Children Certificate, and PVG
Value and prioritise gymnasts’ happiness and well-being, while motivating and encouraging gymnasts to achieve new skills
Knowledge and experience of the current WAG pathways
Passion for coaching gymnasts on the competitive pathways
Ability to work well as part of a team, and individually
